Scenes from the Singapore Zoo

We had a very nice first full day in Singapore.  We visited the Singapore Zoo and attempted the Night Safari.  The zoo was extremely nice.  The Night Safari was an interesting ride but time zones caught up with us and we had to call it a day before exploring it fully.

Togetherness at the elephant show.  The show was neat, it demonstrated how areas of Asia have tamed the Asian elephant and used it in logging.  The animals are incredibly strong and well-controlled.

Many Lunar New Year decorations still adorned the zoo.

Ashley at the splash pad.  In the heat of the day the splash pad was a welcome reprieve.

One of the most exciting highlights was feeding ring-tailed lemurs.

Another highlight was getting a picture with a California Sea Lion.  Here Lauren receives a kiss :)
